Directions

As a dietary supplement for intestinal micro-flora balance children 12 years old and over and adults take one capsule daily at mealtime. Capsule may be opened and sprinkled on cold food or cold drink. Store at 72 degrees F or cooler. Do not expose to excessive heat or moisture. Do not use if seal is broken. No refrigeration needed.
